BIOS PASSWORD RESET

Help! Need experts on IBM Lenovo R60- my son's Laptop was locked, asking for BIOS PASSWORD.

I tried to bring to Service Centers but they can't fix it. Does anyone know of any service center who has a machine to reset the password?

Will appreciate any help...
